Took my 2003 Corolla in for a new radiator, valve cover gasket. They let me know what needed to be done as they progressed with the service to keep the vehicle maintained as the spark plugs were in rough shape. Great, honest, informative service from A1 Auto.

I needed to smog a 2002 Mustang, the shop in Davis $40 higher than Woodland shops and hi attitude was his expenses were higher than Woodland, etc,etc. So I called A1 first, the call was handled very friendly and professionally and when I arrived at A1 nothing changed. I had questions about doing my RV, the young man said he wasn't sure but will check with the technician for the answer. Thier waiting was clean and comfortable, service was faster than expected, the tech came with my passed paperwork and the answers about the RV. Which ends up to large for their equipment, thier GVW for larger figs is 14,500#. Since my visit I have received followup contacts thanking me for selecting A1 for my service. Guess where I plan to go for future service, A1.

A-1 Auto called me when my car was ready and took care of everything (oil change and smog certificate so I can sell the car). They didn't try to sell me other services.

Was in town visiting family and my car (2018 Subaru) was driving funny. They quickly diagnosed the issues and were not pushy about which ones I said I wanted them to address at that time. Got all my tires replaced for a very reasonable price, and they stayed late to do it so that I could get back on the road for work the next day! Very grateful for such an easy and good experience.

Had my car serviced in July, I got my car back and I noticed nothing changed after it still felt messed up. I called them to ask them what was done to my vehicle, and they told me they can't give me a confirmation because the invoice was already paid? I took the car to the dealership after, and they confirmed nothing was complete on the car, nor replaced. They charged me $800 for labor and parts. Now my number is blocked, and every time I call with another phone they hang up once they hear my voice, very shady shop.
